Ingredients
- 1 medium to large celeriac peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lemon juiced
- sea salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1-2 tblsp good olive oil
- 2-4 cups assorted greens lettuce - frisee
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans chopped
- 1-2 heirloom carrots sliced thin

Instructions
- rinse peel and slice celerIac. Place in a bowl with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and sea salt. Marinade for 2 hours to overnight.
- Rinse and tear lettuce greens and place on a platter.
- Top with carrots and celeriac in marinade
- Top with chopped walnuts
