Organic Wheat and Honey Bread

Freshly Milled Organic Wheat & Honey Bread! Available now.

One of our Co-op members, MJ, is baking bread for us. Only 6 loaves are available per (delivery)
week, so first come first serve. Bread will be frozen for delivery, but will defrost fairly
quickly.

For MJ’s household of 2, she cuts the loaves in half and then freezes most of the halves.They
defrost quickly on the counter or in the microwave (if you’re in a hurry).
This bread is light and airy, not dense or bitter whatsoever. This bread is great for sandwiches, toast,
French toast, etc.

MJ mills the wheat herself. If you’re not familiar with Freshly Milled Flour, it contains ALL the
goodness in the wheat berry. Actual whole wheat flour from the store? Not so much: they have to take
out many of the nutrients that go would rancid in a few days.
