Vegetables
- Leafy Greens (Remove as much air as possible, do not tie)
- Summer Squash (e.g.: zucchini, squash)
- Cruciferous Vegetables (e.g.: cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts)
Fruits
- Stone Fruits (e.g.: peaches, plums)
- Pome Fruits (e.g.: apples, pears)
- Citrus Fruits (e.g.: oranges, lemons, limes)
- Melons (e.g.: watermelon, honeydew)
- Berries (e.g.: grapes, blueberries)
OUT of the Fridge
Vegetables
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers (no more than 3-5 days in fridge if room temperature is hot)
- Root Vegetables (e.g.: carrots, turnips)
- Potatoes & Sweet Potatoes
- Onions, Leeks & Shallots
- Garlic
