Jarred Garlic
Do not use fresh garlic for this recipe, as it is too strong

Zucchini
Slice into thin rounds (I use a mandolin)

Smoked Gouda
Grated (can sub any cheese you like)

Roma Tomatoes
Slice into thin rounds

fresh basil
Roughly chopped
salt & pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Rub garlic onto tart crust
Gently lay zucchini slices in a circular pattern to cover bottom of crust.
Place grated cheese over top of zucchini
Place tomatoes in a circular pattern over cheese.
Sprinkle with fresh basil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for about 35 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Slice and Enjoy!
