This is a super nutrient dense, delicious and easy to make salad. For those that might have a hard time with kale…this salad will have you enjoying it more than your standard lettuce salad.

  1. Place prepared kale in a large bowl. Add olive oil and salt and massage in your fingers for about 5 minutes or so until tender and wilted.
  2. Once wilted add the additional ingredients and stir until well mixed
  3. Adjust taste with salt, pepper and sweetner, transfer into a serving dish and SERVE!
