A bowl of pure health.  We received some Daikon this week in our share package and what to do with it???  Once of my favorites is a pho like soup…spicy and full of vitamins and nutrients to build our immune systems.  While it has a lot of ingredients…it is not a hard dish to make.  You can serve it on any occasion.soup
