balsamic vinegar

homemade ketchup

xylitol

tamari (soy sauce)

garlic

ginger (whole)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Reduce on very low heat until thick and sweet (about 15 minutes).
Remove garlic and ginger.
Allow to cool and place in a tall narrow jar or squeeze bottle.
